All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, with the exception of the Sports Bra Exchange Policy listed below. We are unable to cancel or change orders once an order is placed. We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged products or if an incorrect item was received. Please note that slight differences in design and hues occur as a result of our garments being hand dyed, and this will not be accepted as a return.
Customer service must be notified of any issues within 5 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Please reach out to us through our website or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any issues so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Sports Bra Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for a different size of the same style up to 30 days from purchase. At this time we do not offer refunds or store credit. Just reach out to customer service for information on how to exchange. Once we receive it, we will immediately send you your new size/design (as long as it's in stock and of equal or lesser value). Please include in your package your name and order number and what you would like instead. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note: We do not accept exchanges on FINAL SALE items. We do not process refunds. We do not offer return labels. Items cannot be washed and dried. If exchange is not post-marked within the 30-day policy, item(s) are subject to be sent back. All sports bras must be free of makeup and deodorant stains in order to exchange.

Orders are typically processed in 2-5 business days, and we ship all orders via USPS Ground. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless noted otherwise. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently we only ship to the United States.
Please Note: Orders are processed & shipped in the order they are received. During peak times (new product launches & major restocks), orders may take a few extra business days to process.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Occasionally delivery delays can occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please note that Acid Drop Designs is not responsible or liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process. If you receive an order with damaged packaging, please file a claim directly with the shipment carrier. Please photograph and save all packaging prior to filing a claim.
